The meadows Golf CLub

The Meadows Golf Club opened in 1996. In 2019, Norby completed a bunker master plan and renovation intended to reduce maintenance and improve playability. The project included the complete reconstruction of all existing bunkers and resulted in a nearly 60% reduction in the square footage of bunkers. Bunkers were reshaped to reduce erosion while making the bunkers more visible.

Norby was responsible for the preparation of multiple concepts, cost estimates and the subsequent preparation of detailed plans and specifications as well as oversight of the bid process and construction observation.
